3. Add the curry powder, tandoori masala, and a little water and fry for 30 seconds.

4. Add the remaining ingredients (except coriander and crème fraiche).

5. Cover and cook low for typically 4 hours.

6. Right before serving, stir through the coriander and crème fraiche.
