October 18, 2014 - Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin TN – laExpose’ international members unite together across the country for this year Make a Difference Day, Saturday October 25, 2014. Make A Difference Day brings millions of Americans together each October to volunteer in their communities.Reaching out to our global communities, the laExpose’ members Make a Difference Day project will mobilize more than 180 members to wear Green and post photos to their social media platforms in honor of families who lost love ones, survivors, and those that are sick. “Make A Difference Day is a wonderful demonstration of people taking action on behalf of others” said the COO Macaiah Tillman. LaVerne Adekunle Founder of laExpose' and AmeriCorp Alumi has lead two previous MADD volunteer campaigns and believes Wear Green Day will bring awareness to the needs of Ebola victims. Her CSYC team earned a Points of Light Award for the Community Youth Service Council she Co-founded. “It is a great example of each one reach one.”
