Zambia, February 5, 2014 β Fresh rumours have started to flood the news portals in the name Finance Bank Chairman, Dr. Rajan Mahtani as he looks forward to extend a helping hand to Malawi. His promise to build a bio-thermal plant in Malawi at the expense of US $ 150 Million is being considered as a bribe to regain operating license in Malawi.Numerous news portals which are continuously funded by conspirators are confidently highlighting this news as an act of bribery because they believe that in the absence of such a promise it was impossible for the Finance Bank Zambia to restart its operations in Malawi. In such context, Philip, a well-wisher of Dr. Mahtani commented, βIt is shameful on part of the people to consider a promise as an act of bribery. As a country, Malawi will welcome any foreign entity who will help Malawi to develop its infrastructure and offer employment. If this is an act of bribery, then every Government in the world has bribed its people by offering roads, transport, schools and hospitals.β
With its weak argument and absurd claim, it is becoming evident that this news was presented with a view to create a fresh controversy in the name of Dr. Rajan Mahtani. However, circumstances reflect that this news will have negligible effect on Dr. Mahtani as he is busy laying the foundation pillars of development in Zambia and Malawi.
